These are not LED tv's.

These are LED BACKLIGHT TV's

The two are totally different things, and samsung are blatantly using the public's ignorance of the topic to LIE to ppl and sell them low grade garbage again...

To my Knowledge NOBODY ON EARTH is actually selling LED tv's yet and they are still a long way from commercial production.

Well Sammy is not doing that first off. The TV is an LED TV. This is, as you stated, a TV using LED as the back lighting system. There are various types of this such a single LED backlight or edge lite, but that is another story.

What you are referring to BazookaJoe is an OLED TV. OLEDs and LED are two completely different things and techs. And yes there are a few OLED TV's on the market, but they are like $4000+ for 11" TV's so no one gives a shit.

To be frank, Sammy makes some of the best TV's on the market. These are being sold off because the price point they use to hold is be given to the new line of 240Hz from Sammy. So it honestly isn't a sale as much as just a price adjustment.
