Just as the title states, this is brand new, as can be seen on the edge picture, the plastic wrap is still sealed. This is the retail Windows 7 Professional Upgrade, though as stated on Paul Thurrott's Windows Super Site, one can do a fresh install with the Upgrade versions!

Also, at this point in time, I may be willing to do some partial trades as well. Hit me up with some offers :-)

It is both, 32 bit, and 64 bit DVD's

It has both versions in there. I know on my HOME PREMIUM upgrade, the DISCS are bad ass razzle dazzle

. Oh and thanks for the link to doing a fresh install with the upgrade discs.

This should help a ton of people when doing a install with an upgrade disc. Hell it saves a person about $100 over purchasing the full version.

Speaking of which, I am surprised no one has jumped on my copy for a savings of $25!!!!!

Just because I could reallllllllllly use the cash at the moment, I am going to drop the price another $15

This drops it to $150.00 shipped USPS priority mail!
