Sapphire HD 4870 Overclocking ponder?

HD 4870 Sapphire 1gb model and ive been kinda using CCC to overclock the video card and ive been having ups and downs so far. Ive used auto tune, which it got the core to 775 and 965 on the mem completely stable as far as the program went buy. I do know that the HD 4870s just overclock so much better if you add voltage or flash the bios, but i dont want to flash the bios and i do want to accomplish a raise in volts so i can manage to get like 800 core, and 1000 memory stable. I believe 1000 memory is stable, and 785 core is stable somewhat. Its the holidays so im tired and i dont want to bother overclocking and chilling the card down with over 25+ hours in 2 days like did with a gtx 260 LOL!. I got to screen at 840core on desktop with the GTX 260, but when i was bugging with the voltage i found out HD 4870s actually can have better clock speeds when raising volts to the core with HD 4870s, unlike the GTX 260 which gave me crashes instead >.<. So im just wondering if there is a program you can jump on threw windows to raise the voltage, safely to.... The core right now is at 1.26volts in 3d mode i believe
