From this thread I've read he's been using PCI video card for awhile and was OMG-amazed when he upgraded to a pcie card. Further in that thread I read that he is planning on upgrading to a quad-core from his current single core processor. That am2+ motherboard would help him upgrade to an athlonII(x3/x4) or a phenomII(x3/x4), however he would have to be shown the light to put together a custom built pc rather then buy a pre-built pc.

In this thread he was interested if a sound card would benefit him, so thats why I nominated him for the sound card.

Notable thread. He played crysis with a pci card I remember a comment that said something like "some people think hardcore gaming means playing games with the best hardware, but to me hardcore gaming means enjoying games with whatever hardware you can afford."
