My wife has a professional business she runs, her favorite was the Olympus 420, still uses it today. That should be found, with the 18-55, under your amount. The battery lasted 3 months (we dont use the live view unless we use it for fun)

i love canon products.
I have an EOS Elan 2E (35mm) Rebel XTi And a powershot. but you really can't go wrong with Canon or Nikon in the DSLR department.

I think Nikon in the lower price point makes better cameras.
I own a D300 and while in the upper tier is amazing.

http://www.adorama.com/ICADRXSIBKB5.html - awesome place to buy camera stuff from!
I got that camera - tho its named Eos 450D in Denmark. Its really a beginners camera to dslr! Its easy to use, you learn how to use it fast and such. |
