Need help with advanced BIOS settings

Below are pictures of my BIOS showing settings I am clueless about, surrounded in neon green boxes... I am wondering if someone could tell me what they are for and what I should set them to? ^_^

EDIT: http://www.techpowerup.com/articles/overclocking/64 < explains what some of these are, but not much else... Any help would be much appreciated. =)

System Specs

As an OC Rookie, DO NOT mess with the PCI/PCI-E Clocks or latencies.

DO NOT mess with the link width (thats your HyperTransport width)

Leave the memory timmings as Auto for now.

Disable Spread Spectrum before you OC, and also Disable Cool n Quiet and C1E support.

About those NB speeds leave it as close to default (2000) as possible. Some bios automaticly do this when set to Auto.
Each clock refers to a multiple to the default "reference clock" or in old school way the "FSB" of 200Mhz
So 200 is 1x and 2000 is 10x.
