Xigmatek vs Cooler Master [Battle of Fans]

Xigmatek XLF-F1253 vs Cooler Master R4-L2R-20CG-GP

Need advise on which 120mm fans to pick for better cooling and faster/stronger air flow + durability fitting onto my Cooler Master HAF 932.

Cooler Master seems to have a faster Speed (R.P.M.) @ 2000 RPM with Air Flow (CFM) @ 90 CFM while Xigmatek having a Speed (R.P.M.) @ 1500 RPM with Air Flow (CFM) 61 CFM. Wana get to know more about these two + your recommendations. Thank you so much!

I have 4 of the cooler master fans in my rig and they move alot of air, so much it makes me cold to be near it for long periods of time

The Delta "Mega Fast" 120mm x 38mm Fan is a staggeringly powerful 120 mm fan. The fan kicks out 252 cubic feet of air every minute - one fan can cool an entire system with ease. Of course, at 66.5 dBA, it is hardly quiet - but who can argue with a better than 4:1 airflow to noise ratio?

I'm getting me one today if they are in-stock, as they are located close to my hometown.
I did buy a CoolerMaster R4 from them, but I want the Mega Fast now.

The cooler master will be better out of the two, I've a blue one of those fans they don't move as much air as they say but they do shift some

If thats the case, i might go for the Xigmatek ones has they are more attractive. But i prefer greens.. How sad

I have one of each of those fans on my cpu cooler. Personally i prefer the Xigmatek Fan as it looks better and i can really see no difference with its blow out to the coolermaster. Go Xigmatek

I have 6 of the coolermaster fans you speak of. I have noticed that some of them blow more air than the other ones. The led's don't last too long on them either. However, they do move a lot of air and are quite quiet

Except that decibels are a logarithmic scale so your "4:1" ratio is rendered completely and utterly irrelevent.

I use scythe slipstreams (110CFM @ 37dB) - and if we look at SPL values the deltas kick out sound waves with around 900 times the amplitude (doesn't sound 900 times louder, probably more like 10 times but that's due to the human ear more than anything),due to the higher rpms its noise profile is probably also at a higher pitch (ergo - far more annoying).

Don't get deltas if you plan to sit in the same room as your PC*

*they may be alright at 5 volts, but that's not really the point is it?

Seems like a choice from your recommendation but i guess i can only get it online.
Well i think i would head more towards Xigmatek, at the same time welcoming more suggestions.

LOL that sounds like a jet. I was just wondering how well would two of those fans work on a TRUE hahah. I would like to see temps for that!

I bought a Delta Mega Fast fan yesterday and installed it. It is way too loud, very annoying. And my case temperature didn't drop at all in the 5 minutes I ran it. So much for that fan. It's out of here.

Awwww! I can imagine that.. Guess SnoopKatt was right on the sound of a jet or maybe standing next to a turbo?
