Can Computer Control DVR
My client asked me if i could use a computer to control his DVR for his TV cable? Is this possible?? Never heard of it but i would greatly appreciate some feedback on the subject. TY in advance.

anyone have any useful suggestions... i know there is a way, i just haven't had any luck finding out how....... anything will help

you could build some kind of "IR blaster" (google) that sends remote control signals to the vcr.
i am sure that professional production studio vcrs can be controlled remotely, but they are probably too expensive |
