I agree with the friends part. I beat the game with my Best friend (No Homo) and then grabbed another and beat with three people (Which was harder) on the PS3.

We didn't have alcohol we had lack of sleep and an Energy Drink Called Venom, we laughed our asses off. Ahhhh Good Times

If you like platformers, you are required to buy this. It is awesome! Seriously one of my favorite games to date. I started my second playthrough this week.

I kept telling my friend he should get it, but when it went on sale on Steam I gifted it to him.

Next day he was like "you were right, this game is awesome".

Did I mention the graphics are amazing? The 3d foreground and backgrounds are good enough to eat:

I agree. But I'm bored by all RPGs. It's just not my thing. Now when I get some shrooms, maybe I will buy this

The only complaint I had for this game is the ending level was to easy. I know thats not the developers fault however. The community complained it was to hard so the patched it to make it easier. Its probably the same cry babies that said Ninja Gaiden was to hard also.

I'm about 6 levels in and it's definitely getting a lot more challenging. One of the things that surprised me was how graphically-intensive the game is. I get only 30FPS with everything maxed @ 1920x1080. It looks great and all, just weird to see a demanding platformer.

might be Vsync related, mine didnt go that slow. (or have you got max AA? etc?)

Hell, could also be the PhysX at work helping your FPS crawl to a halt.

It still stops at 30 with vsync and AA off, but if I play at a lower res. windowed I can get 60.

Well worth the money. Although using DVI to HDMI in Vista with ATI cards has only gave me pain due to scaling.

Although a great game as it was just fine in XP x64. Our little one loves it too lol.
