mobility radeon 3650 vs 3670

Is it possible to upgrade my MR 3650 to 3670? Why just after loading bios in video card is written "unknown"? It's well-known that 3650 has device id 9591 and 3670 - 9593. But in
video card only one value "HD 3600 series" supported. Why?
Next quetion. Why Vendor is 0x1179 - Toshiba? Yes, it's toshiba laptop, so they can override sub-vendor field? Originally ven is 1002 that means ATI.
And... there is no info about fan speed - button is disabled. Is it possible to unlock these settings?

Yeah, for now i understand how they overrirde this. Originally it's 1002/9591 - HD 3650 from ATI.
Everest shows

PCI-device 1002-9591 / 1179-FF50 (Rev 00)

and wmic:

PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_9591&SUBSYS_FF501179&REV_00\4&277 0B40E&0&0010

It means that they override via subsys.
1179 - is Toshiba and FF50 - code for HD 3650 from Toshiba (and program do not know about FF50)
