Free bump—I'm sorry to say you're probably going to be waiting a long time to find 4GB of DDR3 at that price. There was some OCZ DDR3 with terrible reviews in various places online, which I've seen for under $70 though ... just never in stock. I'd check ZipZoomFly if you don't have any luck here.

memory prices has gone through the roof lately, its almoster put on 50-80% in prices, at least in denmark, even for shitty ddr2 mem

Nevermind noticed after the fact it is was in need of DDR3 not DDR2.
