Im sorry, but this is just FAIL...
Rest are bugfixes, whch are good, but not great... :/ Since l4d2 simply already runs on those cards with REALY great fps.

Browser settings. Firefox. Tools-delete browsing history. Then reload page. Similar with IE and others.
