Which would you choose?
Setup 1:
Prolimatech Megahalems - $65 AM2/AM3 Retention Kit - $10 (I put this in because it applies to me, might be a different case with someone else.) (2) Scythe Gentle Typhoon 120mm Fans - $30 Total: $105 Setup 2: Asetek LCLC 240mm Sealed Liquid Cooling Kit - $100 ^Basically a Corsair H50 with a bigger rad, Asetek manufacture's the H50, you can find it on eBay. Total: $100 Setup 3: Swiftech H20-220 Compact CPU Liquid Cooling Kit Total: $145 It's basically between an air cooler that will last almost forever, a plug and play water cooling system (I know people (HI BINGE! ) hate on sealed water cooling kits (namely the Corsair H50) but this is somewhat a step up from those "easily saturated" single rad units.) and an upgradeable compact WC kit.

Setup 1 for me, sans the weak fans.. maybe get a SS FM123 900rpm - 2600rpm to take advantage of the high fin density for better temps.
Went from a custom watercooling kit (Apogee GTZ, TC 360, and 3x FM121) then went back to high perf air. Was not missing anything in oc.

1 will be good and last pretty much indefinitely
2 will probably be a shade better but you'll probably have to replace after a couple of years 3 is more upgradeable Whatever you want really, any of them would provide decent cooling. |

#3. Best performance for OC........more than likely the quietest choice.......and easy to add on extra rads later if needed or wanted for even better cooling.
Hope it helps. ![]() EDIT-- Didn't see option 4..........I vote for that.

Sorry to only add further to your list, but in the price range, I suggest you take a look at the Noctua NH-D14.
