How to remove this Windows 7 feature?

I don't know exactly what it's called or I could just search for it myself...when you're dragging a window and it touches the edge of a screen it maximizes itself. Sometimes I don't mind the feature, but I've been playing a lot of poker lately, and when I try to arrange the windows how I like it's causing me issues.

In the search bar, look for "ease of access center." Select "Make the mouse easier to use." Then, under "Make it easier to manage windows", select "Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen."
