Adobe CS4 Master Suite not installing...

I just upgraded from WinXP to 7 Home [I did a clean install, wiped both drives, etc.] and when i went to go install the Adobe CS4 Suite it said this:

I am the only one who uses this PC and I have full admin rights...so what's the problem? I tried installing it on my laptop and it worked and installed without a hitch... so its not the Adobe DVDs...

try downloading a new version of installshield

Installshield? I thought that came with the programs built in?

Could it be the winbootstrapper perhaps?
