[FS][US] PowerColor HD4850 W/Display Port

Was going to use this brand new HD4850 in an HTPC, but I am in more need of cash at the moment

I just received this card today as a new replacement from RMA through PowerColor. I mean, it just came TODAY! It is brand new, and is an unusual card in the fact that it has a DVI, HDMI, and a Display Port

Just like most all HD4850's it only requires one single 6 pin PCIe plug, and is energy efficient.

Okay, I know, everyone wants to see this little sucker

And now, as you can see from the photo below, this HD4850 has the Display Port

Now, as stated above, this is a brand new replacement card from an RMA. However, I am not the original purchaser, but I would think that the person that purchased the first card would be happy to help in any further issues, if any

(A respected TPU member I might add

)

This is the card only. Does not come with any retail box, or accessories, but as said, is brand new. I have not even installed the card. If, however, the buyer wishes, I will install it, and test to make sure of proper operation before shipping.....Just ask

Some things I am interested in: Logitech G11 or G15 keyboards, 2@1gb DDR2 1066, 200gb+ 2.5" hard drive, good range wireless keyboard and mouse (for HTPC), and for my last item, I would like to find an XFX 8800GTS 512mb G92 "Alfa Dog Edition" if anyone has that specific card. :-)

From what I have read, these really cool great! Usually run in the mid 40's, which as everyone knows, is a hell of a lot better than the stock reference coolers LOL.

Thanks Angel! I think your correct for sure! With the new Display Port, this card is not only a good mid range gaming card, but is a great HTPC video card as well.

For the TPU'ers that are wondering. This is a great HD4850! It will make a great mid range gaming card, and also with the newest technology Display Port, will make a great HTPC card as well.

I kind of miss wrote a post above, making it look as though this card was NOT a gaming card, and as such, have had some pm's regarding questions about that statement.

As with any ATI HD4850, IT IS a great mid range gaming card, and will play the newest games in DirectX 10.1! I was merely attempting to make a point that this card runs the Display Port, which will be on most high end monitors, and Plasma, LCD televisions in the very near future!

Sorry for any misunderstandings regarding that! I have edited that post to reflect this fact :-)

Kind of looking for a matching card to be honest. It is going in a total acrylic case under SLI with another Alfa edition is why I was looking for a match

And to be precise, it is going in this Sunbeam UFO acrylic case.
