ASROCK 939 Dual Sata Blue screen of death. URGENT HELP NEEDED!

I have gotten everything installed correctly, but as soon as it gets to where it's fixing to load windows, I get an error and it restarts. I can't make out what the error says, because it's gone too fast, something about "Please check your". The Bios version is 1.60, this hard drive already has windows on it and the windows is from a 32 bit 3000+ XP, could that be causing the blue screen of death? I need help BAD! Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

The CPU is Athlon 64 3000+ Venice 939 if it matters.

you need to reformat or put in the xp disk and go through the steps to restore the os.
