[WTB] Lowend GPU(s) and 8800 GT/9800GT Single Slot

I need a low end solution for a dual monitor setup at work. Looking to pay 20.00 US or less.

Two possible configs;

2X PCI Slot GPUs - Single VGA/DVI output
or
1 16X PCI 1.0 or 2.0 GPU VGA/DVI/ output

Must be cheaper than 20 dollars shipped, yes I know shipping is 5 dollars. I don't want to go spend 30 on a new GPU from frys, and I am looking for a bargain. It must come in either of the above configurations, and not require a power rail.

Secondly I am also looking for an 8800GT or 9800/9600GT for PhysX. It must be a single slot GPU. I am budgeting about 40-60 dollars for this, depending on the GPU.

I am not afraid of haggling, please let me know if you want to deal through PM

I have a 9800 GT, but I'd need $75 for it (which is what these things are selling for).
