SSDs in Raid Question

I know Windows 7 recognizes SSDs and changes its behavior accordingly, i.e. not thrashing the drive. But Does it still have all those SSD optomizations if the SSDs are a raid array? I already know trim doesnt work...

oh i see now. In the defragmenter schedule it lists all the disks as scheduled to run but the raid array isnt even on the list. cool.

where are these drivers? I thought new drivers were just released that allowed trim on an SSD + a raid array, but not SSDs in raid.
