Strange behavior from ATI 5770

Hello,

I got a new ASUS 5770 CuCore graphic card.

System is stable and works flawless. However, I note something that is strange and didn't happen with my old 4850.

When I shut down Windows, when screen fade out, monitor go black for one second and then screen show the normal message that Windows is being shutdown.

This also happen but sometimes, when you launch a program that needs UAC approbal. Screen fades out, screen went black and then desktop appears again after two or less seconds of black screen.

This is like graphic cards sometimes stop sending signal to monitor but for a few seconds as monitor image appear after two seconds but it's enough to see "DVI" message from the monitor as when power on monitor.

This only happen with these situations.

I'm using CCC 10.3. Is there any problem with that? It doesn't cause any problems at all but looks a little strange.

Thanks.
