Bad bios graphics card wont start

Can some one please help me reflash my bios so it will work again i used http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/4...24.090318.html and now it wont even start please help me

i was able to fix it doing that, but i wana upgrade the voltages by .070 but every time i try CCC does not work correctly and i cannot use the auto tune the colored screen doe snot come up

Try un-installing then re-installing CCC after you have done it.

have tried it only time i have goten it to work is when the power is at 1.313 for max but id like it 1.383
