Which 2.5" SATA HDD is single platter?

I lost some of my bookmarks, one of it was a page with info's on internal configuration of harddrives how many pattern and their "serial name" as some models are sold under the same name but with different letterfigure combination.

Does anyone know a good website where i can find a list with pattern configuration of 2,5" hard drives?

i wan't to buy a new one, typically i go with single pattern and highes availible density to achieve a good power/performance ratio
