Shipping- I ship to the lower 48 only. Items are insured up to there value, because if it gets broken in transit, I have to pay you back. Meaning I am looking out for both of us. Because when I put it in the box and sent it to you, it worked. And if it doesn't when it gets there, I want to cover the both of us. It's just good business sense. So the prices reflect that somewhat, I try to remove the risk of the deal for the both of us. Make sure we get exactly what were looking to get out of the transaction. If it wasn't implied, Shipping is included in all prices.

Payment- I only accept Paypal and Money orders, but I vastly prefer paypal, because I like to ship immediately You have 48 hours from stating your interested and sending payment for it to post to my paypall account; I only ship as soon as it posts. Worlds different and its quieter...That being said its been one of the MOST difficult HSFs install... The ram is 200 pin hynix PC2-6400, Missed that one..
