Homemade HTPC size correct ?
I'm building up an HTPC and wanna know if the 10¼ by 12½ inches is a good small size ?

I personally prefer receiver size 17" wide.

why dont you measure the other devices you have in your living-room? Im guessing its going to live with them so length and width would look best if it was as close to their size as possible? And height would depend on the equipment?

Pick an HTPC case you like on Newegg.com and keep it close to its measurements. That way you can always copy the organization used on the manufactured 1 and everything should fit just fine.
