OSD of FPS

Greetings all,
I have recently lost my on screen display of frame rates. I do not remember which utility gave me this function. I think it was atitool. However, when I reloaded all of my software, I can no longer find this. Also I am getting the error ""HArdware does not support compressed textures (DTX1 and DYX3)." I remember getting rid of this by selecting a radio button but that too is missing.

Do any of the more experienced readers know how I can regain this functionality?>
