Intel TAT and Realtemps 10c+ temperature gaps?

Intel TAT shows the temperature a lot lower then realtemp does, how is the temperature calculated? It seems to be pulling the wrong temperatures.

FYI I am running ASUS P5K-E and E6750. Jpeg included.

Simple
Reported Temperature = TJMax - Digital Sensor Reading

So different TJMax values=different reported temperatures.
But don't bother, keep distance to TJMax >20 in daily use and enjoy your rig.
