your are not wrong there Lan deRf. This also doesn't bode well for the gtx490 which according to Fud is based of two of these. If it can't beat out a 5850 that mean the 490 won;t beat out the 5970

Nope you read it wrong (edit: well fudzilla wrote it wrong based on the original story). GF104 is GTX 460, GTX 465 is GF100 core. GTX 490 is 2xGTX470, but it's all still rumours and anything that comes from kitguru can't be trusted.

Preview uses 197.75, while the new drivers gives nice boosts to GTX400 cards.

Read the preview now and even the new drivers won't save it

Pity I really hoped it would do better that those early benchmarks, but no, it's just DX11 GTX 275.

I loled when they scrubed out the vendor name on GPUz but left the id tag. Ops!

Also, they used the 10.3 drivers on ATI cards so there could be sometime too for ATI. I also like how there are no BC2 numbers.

FWIW, I'd like to see how the GTX 4xx cards to with the updated 256 drivers for BC2.

ATI Catalyst 10.4 for ATI Radeon HD.

Check out BC2 clubforum thread, posted there some results. Seem to be great for that game.

Hmmm, I just looked at that before that post and I'm pretty sure they said 10.3.

How do you get to google cached pages now? They don't list them next to the searches anymore.

Kitguru were the same people that said the GTX470 was EOL,
they also said somthing else, both of witch nvidia promptly denied.

what i want to see is overclocking results from the GTX465, how far can you push the clocks.

Something's not right here. GTX 465 has more ROPs and more SPs, a little less bandwidth.... but it's like.... like ......
It reminds me of the 5830 for some reason... *suspicious look*
