Windows Icons Weird

Well in the past few days, I was tweaking and now something weird happened. Windows made all the icons become selected blue see in the pic? It is weird, even when I don't click on them they are. Is there a way to fix this?

well u have to enable "yse drop shadows for icon lables on the desktop"
it is found under systemproperties-advanced tab>performance settings

I had it enabled... did nothing.

Strange... I was going to suggest the same as KennyT772... that always seems to work for me. What sort of tweaks were you doing? Registry or tweak program?

I've found a few links. Look here and here first. If those don't help have a look and see if there are any registry fixes here that could help you. Hope this helps.
