Case mod for cpuHeat sink advice

Hey guys! Lookin to cut a big square out of my case for the cpu heat sink access, as my case doesnt have one. I have marked out where i need to cut..now the choice is what is the best thing to use to do a nice clean square cut? Im thinkin dremel, any other ideas are welcome!

System Specs

Dremel's are great for cutting straight, or even plunge cuts. You can pick one up with a ton of accessories for under $100.

well, is it steel or aluminum?? if its steal dont even try using a dremel, you'll ware the dremel out before cutting the hole. I'd say jigsaw
