It is possible to get that score in 1 round, now if he did that back to back to back, then I would call cheating.

Some research turned up this particular guy is rampant on the servers. We were dying in the spawn areas before we could even move, no matter where you were in the map. So many denials makes me wonder about the validity of many others...

In OUR experiences, it's normal game play where they're getting lucky/really skillful shots fairly often - not through walls or from the other side of the map etc. And fyi, just because some people say that it MIGHT not be hacking, doesn't mean that we hack as well so back off with the "makes me doubt the validity of many others.." bs unless you actually know who we are and how we perform in-game. I for one don't hack, never have and never will.

I don't know if that guy is cheating but I will say I have had crazy good rounds like that. Case in point: Put me in the gunners chair of an Apache and a good pilot in BC2 and Ill school that guy in his kill death ratio.

However you said hes all over servers doing this? Post up some links before you accuse people on this forum. Because right now all I see is someone with their butt leaking from some serious ownage.
