All accessories for the board are included, the cpu is oem, chip only no hsf. Nice little set-up, been running this at 19x227. Price is $110 shipped. SOLD!

Gigabyte G41M-ES2L, E6300 Wolfdale, 2x1gb Gskill DD2 1066 combo.
With this I just upped the fsb to 330 and did not change a thing in bios. Has been running that way ever since. All accessories are included. Price is $110 shipped.SOLD!

I also have a 2x2gb set of Gskill DDR2 1000.

Finally I have an i7 920 C0.
Pretty decent chip even for a C0. Runs at 3.8, 1.264v, 4.0 with 1.325. $165 shipped with the stock hsf, and $160 shipped for the chip only. SOLD!
