Looks good, but the underclocking leaves me worried. They might have used cheaper parts. I ordered this exact card, then canceled because of that. Still a great deal if you don't mind the lower clock speeds.

That would make an excellent PhysX card, especially since it requires no external power connectors.

Wait.. it does use a 6 pin connector.

I was just saying I thought the lower clock speeds were questionable. I have never seen that kind of marketing. Who wants a "green" middle of the road gaming video card? Yes, the price is awesome, but if it crap, it doesn't matter how much it is on sale for. I didn't want to gamble with the huge rebate and the issues I have beat to death, but if it all works out, the card is an amazing deal.
