OCing Asrock X58 Extreme3

Anyone have any experience OCing this motherboard? Long story short, my X58 Extreme finally gave up on me and my buddy was nice enough to replace it this model. My Extreme got me to 4.0 Ghz easy without any special special BIOS tweaks and I ran it at a modest 3.8Ghz folding. The Extreme3, which should be identical to the Extreme, I cannot get a stable OC at 3.4 I get BSOD's and hard lock ups once I start my CPU and GPU folding clients. I went from manually setting the RAM spec speeds, tweaking every voltage on the BIOS, dropping it down to 3.2 and yet I still get hard lock ups and BSOD's

Latest bios is 1.90. Do you have that one?
It seems like this board needs a lot of voltage (1.40) to reach 4 GHZ. How high are you?

Upgraded to 1.9 the other day and I've only supplied up to 1.275v since I only plan on going to 3.8GHZ.

The thing is it is stable @ 3.8Ghz with only 1.282v until I start launching my clients. So more juice could be the case. I'll keep experimenting

Both guru3d and legitreviews needed "extreme" voltage. I once bought one but changed my mind and returned it after the post-buy research: >1.4 V => + 80 C with a good air cooler. Good luck with finding a decent OC with a decent voltage.
