EP Memory 32gb Flash Drive 2.0 Issue

i just got this drive and when i plug it in the usb port it shows up as 14.4gb free space on the drive instead of 32gb , then i checked the box to make sure it says 32gb on it and it does ............. any tips on whats goin on ?

Did you try a format? Does it say 14.4gb in Disk Management?

yeah even in format window it says total capacity 14.4gb ............ i am thinking that they packed a 16gb in 32gb pack , sicne i did get it form wally world ill be going back to return it.

As erocker said, try and format it. Also try a different USB port if you can just for the hell of it.

But ya, i think it could be that they might of packed a 16GB one in a 32GB package. Or you got the wrong sized one.
