You mean Anodize it black. That would be sick. Anodize an aluminum cooler to be multicolor or whatnot.

no I meant I've done it with the cooler you showed in your post, the all copper VF1000 LED, which was compatible with G92's

I didn't take off the stock fan I jsut disconnected it from power, and zip tied two 80mm fans onto it, while it cooled better, it was largely uncecessary, the stock VF1000 does a great job of cooling a G92.

This cooler performing very good and cool on my GTX480 actually temperature is the last thing I'm thinking about with my GTX I just hope Zalman fixed the defect when the left fan hit the shroud in some cases.

Ok Zalman,we get it:it's exclusive for Nvidia cards. But it odesn't justify using that weird green tone on the shroud.Just ughh. And isn't this cooler noisy as hell?It is the same used in the 480 AMP! edition that W1z reviewed.

lol as luck would have it that is one of the cards I did it too also, a 9600XT OC edition, I even made a sticker for it calling it an IceQ edition, then I later just bought a HIS 9800Pro IceQ.

HIS still do that to their cards and I congratulate them for it.

Loose the green, and strap it to my 5870 and I'd buy it, but I have no need for such cooling performance. My Vapor-X doesn't get above 60C.

I like this cooler think it would do well especially in a well ventilated case.
