My screen is getting cut off at all but 1 resoluion.

Hey all, due to some necessity I had to switch from HDMI output to a DVI --> VGA conversion cable to run into my tv/monitor on my spec'd card. The problem is, it keeps shifting my screen to the right and down so it cuts off like a quarter inch. I've checked the tv (LNT2642HX / XAA from Samsung) and there's no picture adjust option. I've got CCC 10.8 installed, is there an option somewhere in that or win 7 that can adjust my screen position?

the only place i can think of in catalyst is desktops&displays. click on the arrow on the screen you want to configure and some options are there. i used it to get my HDMI scaled properly to my 32"
