steam buying fail

i just tried to buy the new DLC for supcom 2 at steam. but firstly steam failed on me by not opening my banks page and now i get this error

There has been an internal error initializing your transaction. Please contact support for assistance.

and now i cant even launch supcom 2 anymore. but when i go to game properties it sayd that i DO have the DLC wth just happened?!? i didnt even buy it and now every time i launch the game it says that the servers are too busy. i used ideal

pls help if you had this too.

Try right clicking Supcom 2 and validate the integrity of file cache.

I strongly suggest doing some or all of the following:

- Look up the Steam FAQ at www.steampowered.com (Do this first)

- Raise a support call

- Post about this on the Steam forum

Now, I have Steam too, but I don't know the answer to your problem without looking it up on those resources and others are likely not to know either, so definitely do the above. When you have the answer, share it with us here and we'll all appreciate it.
