Stop automatic driver install...

So....How in the hell?!?!? can you stop vista from auto installing a video card?????

I thought I had it turned off and I cant cancel it when it pops up. I want to install my second HD4850 Toxic for crossfire mode, but Vista keeps sticking up my @$$$$.

Sorry for being so mad, Ive been messing with it for almost 2 hours....gah.

All this AFTER reading the guide on how to do it.

Can someone help me PLZ?

Lol I had the same problem and had mass frustration with it.

Easiest way to stop it is when it comes up and decides to install it, get task manager up, right click the windows installer --> go to process & end the process.

You gotta be fairly quick, but its easily done.
