What Is A Reasonable Price To Sell 4870X2?
I am selling a regular Sapphire 4870x2 and I want to know a reasonable asking price for it.

£130-140 seems to be the going rate. Not entirely sure though.

$29.99 + shipping. Can I buy it?
![]() Seriously though, it is still a beast of a card, so I would say $200-$250 would be a pretty fair price.

I did not want to sell it on here, because I just hate the whole process of shipping and dealing with the customer if something broke during the shipment.
If you want me to sell it on here, let me know on this thread.

I will see if I can sell it on Craigslist.
Not too sure about that being successful...

Put it on Craigslist for $300. Make sure to throw in all of those hot words such as but not limited to: gaming, extreme, top of the line, cutting edge, maxes everything, powerful, etc.
On here you'd be lucky to walk out of the deal with $180 after shipping. Plus, as you said, selling can be a hassle. |

Also advertise on CL that it's a dual-GPU card with 2GB of vRAM and that the memory is like 4GHZ or whatever. And stress the 1600 cores

i'd said 100 dollars at best. gtx 460 are price around $179 with reasonable power consumption and performance. 4870x2 is only as fast as 5870 that is only a little bit faster than gtx 460 but run hot and eat more power. you won't find reasonable price to sell an ex-enthusiast card, especially dual gpu card.

Well seeing as how it the worlds current 4th fastest card on the planet I would say anywhere from $185-$300 depending where you sell it!You might even do well to sell it to some one in like a bestbuy store thats clamoring over their garbage for a really decent price.

$210-$220 shipped. If the right person comes along, they will understand why the 4870X2 is an awesome card, even by today's standards. They bench better than 5870's, they get equal performance to a 5870, sometimes better depending on the game. Go find any 5870 review and look how awesome the 4870X2 did, its a great card at $200-$220, especially when a 5870 will cost you $349+.
http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/P...5870_PCS_Plus/ http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/H...ooler_V_Turbo/ Skim through the results, the 4870X2 doesn't do too shabby.

the 6800series just made this card less worthy.... I wouldn't count one more than 160~175$ shipped on tech forums... locally I wouldn't know though
