One of 2 front USB ports not functioning

Alright so I finally got around to using the front USB port and find that one of the ports doesn't read anything. My flash drive gets nothing from the port, and my USB 2.0 external HDD has a solid white light, so I assume some power is being delivered.

How would I go about troubleshooting this to see whether it's a driver issue or a hardware issue? Or should I flat-out RMA the case?

You're a genius, I just checked the other port and it worked. Went back to the old port and both ports worked as well, I guess it was just loose.

I probably didn't push it in deep enough, fat fingers + SFF case = fail.

Thanks!
