Hey guys i made a thread about PSU couple awhile ago and now i could probably stretch my budget abit more in PSU.
The choices are:

The True Power 650w cause the 12v rails are awesome and provide 648w combined, that's great for a 650w PSU, its 85% efficient and it's an Antec, although I like the look of the XFX Antec are known for their quality PSU's

Well you need to remember the true power was a great psu but this one is the "new" series which might be different to its presuccessor and i agree the XFX psu look great,modular PSU be a nice bonus considering my case rubbish for cable management but it doesn't bother me i'll work something out.

Might I suggest as an alternative, the OCZ Fatality 750W PSu, purely for value for money, it's less than 70 quid, is bronze certified, has good amperage, is modular and most importantly, reviews are good! ohhhh and it has pretty LED's as well

That badboy is mine in the next few weeks when I do my i7 build, damn, nice price too, I thought £74.99 on ebuyer was good, might have to snap it up now at that price, thanks old man

As much as i like the sound of the OCZ fatality psu it would make my interior look silly with red LED,it be fine if i had red led in 1st place but i got blue and white lol. xD

That is really surprising. Everyone I know that has bought a OCZ PSU has either had it fail, replaced or been deafened by its horrible noise.

I have owned at least a dozen half decent PSU's, a couple of the lower Tier OCZ's that were OK but fairly average, a couple of the higher tier good quality ones (StealthXstream and ModXStream) and they were faultless but I have to say, my worst personal experiences came from an Antec and an XfX, both blew withing 3 or 4 months, the antec took half me kit out with it! Now I do appreciate that everyones experiences are different and for every one unhappy customer you can find 10 that are happy..... just with me it's "once bitten twice shy"........ this is a decent quality PSU for a nice price IMO, yes there are better out there, noones doubting that, however look at the prices for a 750W Corsair TX or HX.

Edit: IC ^^^ Not me! and you will note that the reviews say how quiet it is , also I know a stack of people here that can't speak highly enuff of them, unless of course you are talking about their entry units which this one is not, damn the StealthXStream is/was a Tier 2 (same Tier as Corsair TX I beleive).

I had bad experience with a OCZ stealthxstream 500w which came DOA on me.

Build quality/customer care is what makes a brand a good brand.

Luckily for you this isnt a Stealth then! The reviews speak for themselves, sadly stockists don't always check to see if the rain has got into the boxes during shipping if anyone really needs further confirmation on the quality of OCZ units (I stress their higher end units, not entry level)....... for those of you that know Jonny Guru, they will know that they are some of the most stringent testers of PSU's, so it may be interesting to know that when they tested the OCZ 850W unit it was the FIRST ever to get a Gold efficiency rating, hey I should have shares in this compamy! and I don't even own one lol

I would seriously consider the OCZ Tatty posted, have had this on my wishlist for a few weeks now and at that price it's worth it, solid PSU, good 12v rails and 4x pcie connectors for £70

FICK, just blew £200 on the PSU and an i7 760 please don't tell my mrs but at £69.99 for the PSU and £129.99 for the 760 it was hard not to, was going to buy them next month anyway

Don't think they are for sale in UK.
Also i am having debate now if i should get a SSD instead lol.
Although i would need to be sure that if i did get an SSD my 400w can stay strong for another solid year or wait until christmas when i might get money and then buy PSU.
So in your opinion should i get new PSU or SSD first?

Both are £88 on scan today and yes i got £90 to spend on ssd or psu lol,reason i limited my spenditure on psu is because i don't need a 850w+ psu for my build because i only use single card solution.

Well, you can draw up to 30A from the 12V rail, and as bad as the builder series is, I think Corsair is not stupid enough to overrate their PSU. That will guarantee 360w for (not so) clean power, and frankly I think it will be enough seeing that your processor and your Graphics card takes in a max of 19A pre overclock which is well within the rated values.

Should know that fourstaff the Cx400 deserves the corsair brand name unlike the new CX series that are out today,the CX400w can pull much more than it claims it can only do,the build quality on the CX400 is much better than the CX 430w.

Wouldn't be worried much about your psu. in total your system in specs draws about (educated guess) 250-275W. Go with an ssd and that would drop a couple watts.
