Lost and confused Need some help!!!!!!!

okay I have windows 7 it has been crashing a lot the only time it doesn't crash is when its idle. I haven't has the PC for even a year yet and I need to fix it. I ran whocrashed program and this is what I found out:

ntosskrnl.exe????? what the heck is that and how in the world do I fix it so that my pc doesn't crash again???? If any1 can help please do so otherwise I am throwing it out the dangwindow (not really just fustrated)

Have you tried to use Windows Repair to fix the issue?

Do you have a Windows 7 disc? And/Or have you tried Repair already?

specifications on the computer would help. As in is this an OEM, if so what model number. If it is a custom build, what components are being used?
