As already said, it is the GPU, RAM is looking like the culprit I am almost 99.9% sure of that, no problem, RMA and just wait for a replacement, sucks but what can you do?

hmmm bad luck i remember my old 8800gts 320mb days when vista out and the drivers where just awesome no game run without artifacts but not in windows

Not sure of the exact action the OP is going to take but as suggested you should exchange or RMA the card.

im getting a new one in a couple of days (they dont have any left in stock)

Well i could,but the day after i brought the card, the price went op for like 40 euro(lucky me Hehe)
So if i want need to pay another 60 - 70 euro
And its not really a problem, i still have my hd4870.

I got my HD6950 now, working just fine now
It seems i can't go higher then 840/1325 in CCC, but its working fine with those clocks

Sucks you had to go through that. I know personally. But it's now happened enough that I know it will get resolved.
