Amd 6950 unlocked has GPU diode memory and diode shader 100 degrees

Hello, I need a little advice. Recently I flashed my Amd 6950 and I monitor the temps in Everest. There are 3 diodes displayed. One is shader diode, when playing demanding games, it runs ussually at 100 degrees, the second one is memIO diode, also about 98-100 degrees and the third diode is dispIO and it runs max. 89 degrees. However, when I measure the gpu temp with CPUID monitor it shows only one temperature and that temperature is always identical to dispIO diode in Everest, which has always decent temperature. So now Iam totally confused. 89 is perfectly OK but those other two diodes showed in Everest really bother me, anyway 100 degrees is way too much I think, even after flash. So what are those 2 diodes, are those as important as the dispIO diode? Should I be worried? I have automatic fan control and I dont want to set it to manual. Ps. My case has 3 fans so there is enough airflow.

Can you use GPU-z and see the temperatures? One of those temperatures is definately the VRM and 100 degrees doesn't sound good.

There are 3 temperatures in Gpu-z and those 3 are identical to those 3 in Everest.

Your VRMs are climbing up to an uncomfortable level than and you should find a better way to cool it! What's your case/cooling? Do you have a custom fan profile? Does the fan get loud?

You could use Sapphire Trixx (is nothing wrong in using custom fan control),is better than using your card with those temps and auto fan control, you can select it to load at windows startup and run minimized.

I can create a cumstom profile but I will be selling the card when hd 7000 comes out and if i sell the card when the temps are extreme then the buyer might as well return the card. So I dont know, maybe I should flash it back to 6950 but I have no idea how to do it because I didnt back up my original 6950 bios.

On TPU there's a BIOS library, see if you can find your old one there which you can flash back to your card:

None of the three figures is VRM temp.
They're all from inside the die.
