You may want to check with Corsair about what their RMA process is. If you have a problem with one of the other 2 sticks, you may need to return all 3 or else your warranty may be voided.

All sticks work fine. I ran memtest on them for 24 hours. Over 10 passes without any errors. Sandy Bridge uses only Dual Channel, so I have an extra stick (since I bought a triple channel kit).

If a problem were ever to arise, Corsair may ask for the entire kit back for RMA. Its happened to other people before with Corsair. That's why he is saying not to sell that third stick.

Interest in a 450GTS?

Aahhh! That makes sense...hmm. That would be a good reason to keep it. Though, I don't see how a RAM would stop working. I'll think about it.

And yeah, very interested in a 450. What kinda PPD does it give?

...and we've seen problems arise latter in a machine running 24/7.

This is something that I'm sensitive to because I once had a company sell me a "kit" of DDR400 that had different S/N's on the sticks. I called them and talked to someone who barely spoke English and they said it would be okay. I called Corsair and they said it would not be. I was able to force the company to take the RAM back AND pay all shipping costs.

True, true. I guess I'll hold on to it, in that case. Hopefully, I don't lose it though...lol.

Are those fans the std 25mm thick? I need a couple thin ones for my H50 water cooler so it'll fit my mb.
