System Specs

Will Corsair H50/H70 fits LGA1155 socket??

hello all

I have one problem here, just a noob question.. my friend have a H70, he wants to upgrade his mobo to LGA1155 sandy bridge, one problem is will his corsair H70 be able to fit into LGA1155 socket??

isnt the 1155 socket take the same as 1156 socket in terms of the bracket so, ye?

Yeah, it is, as far as I can tell. I've only had time with a few boards so far, but I made sure to pull out my ECS and mount the cooler before posting.

Identical mounting as 1156 so it will.

I can confirm H70 works with LGA 1155, have an h70 installed on a p8p67 Pro.
