i have been looking at a USB3.0 PCI-E x1 card but what brand to take?

ASRock USB 3.0 Card @ 32,51USD / €23,74

Sunsway/ST Lab PCI-E USB 3.0 CARD 2P @ 45,74USD / €33,40

MSI Star-USB3 @ 47,94USD / €35,01

all 3 based on NEC chip so which to take? just crap the cheapest one?

Yes. You will notice no difference between the cards.
