expansion bay headphone/mic+usb+card reader?

I have an older case that doesn't have any front usb ports, or a headphone/mic jack. Are there any 5.25/3.5 "headers" that have usb, headphone/mic and a card reader? It can be ether 3.5 or 5.25 size I have been able to find card readers with USB ports, but nothing with a headphone/mic jack...

@Cold Storm: I've noticed that you are very good at promoting these two companies .... is there a particular reason why ?

It could of course be because they are good ...... or?

Just the factor that I tend to spend more money there, then newegg. If it's going to be "MAIN" computer hardware, then I go with Newegg, but if it's something special, like bay drive, water loop, and so forth, I go to those two. But mostly it's Sidewinder.
