Forget Noiseblockers (even though i'm a fan of those fans lol). Stick 3x 8000 RPM Delta's on it and be amazed
I think this is a pretty well price balanced cooler. Most of these bigger coolers cost around 70 EUR most of the time. This one costs like 20 EUR less with similar performance.

oh no you misunderstood, i was talking about the "reasonable" limit of noise and airflow cfm, and static which the noiseblockers at least to my knowledge are the absolute king of. i spend too much on audio gear to have a 70db noise floor although 600cfm would be quite the freakshow to behold.
