Please tweak cart to save funds

I have thrown together a build for my next pc which would be for HTPC and BF:BC2/BF3. I want to save cash but still rock out. Please tweak my setup to safe cash but still rock out.

I have included 2 png files of the current cart.

hmm the idea is to save cash, the card you suggested bumped it back up to $564. Why not the 4850?

Don't you have an OS license you can use? That would save you 100 bucks.

Just a thought can you not just put your current system in to a HTPC case ?. Or are both systems in different room or \ and you think you will be using both at the same time ?.

Sure be extra electric to run it but does save $540 for now till you can get some extra case for a better v card ?.
